87app Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:

To create an account on 87app and use any of the platform's services, users must meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not being subject to any active self-exclusion measure, whether through 87app or any other responsible gambling program.
• Not being an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 87app or any of its partner companies.
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002).
• Providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Only one account per CPF is allowed. Creating additional accounts using the same CPF or a third party's details is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with possible balance retention for compliance review.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — username and password — and for all activity carried out on their account. 87app strongly recommends using unique, complex passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 87app support immediately via the platform's chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 87app is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

87app reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID and CPF) and proof of address at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. This verification complies with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998) and is carried out only once, unless a profile update is required.

• Users must keep their account information up to date, especially their email address, phone number, and home address.
• The account is personal and non-transferable — assigning, selling, or sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
• Account balances cannot be transferred between different users.
• Voluntary account closure can be requested at any time through support.

All deposits on 87app are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currency or perform currency conversions. Available deposit methods are:

• Pix: minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, processed in up to 30 seconds, available 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays.
• Boleto bancário: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, credited within up to 2 hours after payment is confirmed, valid for 1 business day.
• Credit or debit card: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, instant processing, installments not available.
• PicPay: minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, confirmed within 5 minutes.
• Mercado Pago: minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, confirmed within 5 minutes.

All deposits must be made from a financial instrument registered under the same CPF as the account holder on 87app. Deposits originating from a third party's CPF will be rejected or returned to their source. 87app does not charge fees on deposits — the full deposited amount is credited to the user's account.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, provided the available account balance is equal to or greater than the minimum amount of R$ 20.00. As with deposits, withdrawals are processed exclusively in BRL (R$) and 87app charges no fees on withdrawals.

Available withdrawal methods are Pix (processed in up to 30 seconds) and TED bank transfer to all major banks in Brazil, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco Inter, and other institutions with an active compensation code. TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day during banking hours.

The Pix key or bank details provided for withdrawals must belong to the same CPF as the 87app account holder. 87app reserves the right to request additional identity verification for withdrawals above a certain amount, in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 9,613/1998 (anti-money laundering).

All bets placed on 87app are binding once confirmed on the platform. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market and the user chooses to use it before the event ends.

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to that ticket — any subsequent changes in odds do not affect bets already confirmed. For live betting, 87app may briefly suspend markets to update odds following significant in-game events (goal, red card, injury). This is standard practice across all Sports Betting platforms.

• Bets placed on events that have already started without the user's knowledge may be cancelled by 87app.
• If an event is canceled or permanently suspended, all related bets are refunded to the account balance.
• Clearly incorrect odds resulting from obvious errors (typos that generate abnormal prices) may be corrected by 87app, with the user notified and given the option to cancel the affected bet.
• The official result of a match is determined by the competition's governing body. 87app follows the decisions of the competition's regulator, including results amended by post-match rulings.
• Parlay (combo) bets follow sport-specific rules — refer to the rules section within the platform for each sport.

87app covers the major sports competitions in Brazil and around the world, with a strong focus on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB (basketball), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and the top European football leagues. The range of markets available per competition may vary depending on availability and scheduling.

87app periodically offers bonuses and promotions to its users. Each offer has specific terms displayed at the time it is presented to the user — these terms include the bonus amount, wagering requirement (rollover), validity period, eligible markets, and any applicable restrictions.

By accepting a bonus, the user confirms they have read and agreed to the specific terms of that offer. 87app reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, such as creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly or using betting strategies that constitute exploitation of promotions without genuine risk.

• Bonuses are credited automatically or upon activation, as indicated in the offer.
• Bonus balance with a rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been met.
• VIP Program cashback has no rollover — it can be withdrawn immediately after it is credited.
• Seasonal promotions (Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, championship finals) may have separate rules published in advance.
• Unused bonuses that expire before being used are automatically canceled.

The 87app VIP Program is a loyalty program with five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black — whose benefits scale in proportion to the user's deposit and betting volume on the platform. Enrollment is automatic for all registered users.

Tier progression is calculated based on the cumulative deposit volume in each season. The requirements for each tier are displayed on the VIP Program and may be adjusted by 87app between seasons with prior notice to members. Once a tier is reached, it does not drop during the current season.

VIP Program benefits — including weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, exclusive odds, personalized bonuses, and a dedicated account manager — are granted based on the tier reached and are subject to each benefit's specific terms. VIP Program cashback is calculated on the gross betting volume for the week and credited every Monday with no mandatory rollover.

87app offers live casino products (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and variations), slots from certified providers, and crash games — all accessible from the same account used for Sports Betting. All games operate with a certified random number generator (RNG) or with live dealers in a real-time broadcast.

The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each slot title is set by the game provider and displayed on each product's information screen. The user acknowledges that all casino games and slots involve an element of chance and that no guaranteed winning strategy exists. 87app is not liable for losses incurred in casino games, slots, or crash games, except in cases of duly proven technical failure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 87app platform. Violating any of the items below will result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance hold pending investigation, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or another person's CPF.
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or loopholes in the bonus system.
• Cross-account combined bets placed to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (fraudulent match betting).
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds.
• Submitting false documents or incorrect information during registration or identity verification.
• Access to the platform by anyone under 18 years of age, whether directly or with the consent of a third party.
• Any attempt to manipulate sports results — all suspicions are reported to the relevant authorities.

87app operates in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). Personal data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

All communications between the platform and the user's device are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Credit and debit card details are never stored on 87app's servers — every transaction is processed directly by a PCI DSS-certified payment processor.

87app takes a firm stance on responsible gambling. The platform provides tools that allow users to stay in control of their betting activity. These tools can be accessed at any time in the Responsible Gambling:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Temporary pause: suspend access to your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action is irreversible and prevents any new registration using the same CPF on the platform.

87app is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed within the rules set out in these Terms, for temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond the platform's control (such as telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government orders), or for sports management decisions that alter competition results after they have taken place.

87app will make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If an outage occurs during a live event with open bets, 87app will take the fairest measures possible for each situation, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected bets.

87app reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with at least 7 (seven) days' prior notice to registered users, except where changes are required by new legal or regulatory obligations, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Notifications will be sent to the email address registered on the account and displayed on the platform via a prominent banner. Continued use of 87app after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If the user does not agree with the changes, they must request account closure before the effective date.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To resolve any disputes arising from the relationship between the user and 87app, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the court in the user's place of residence in Brazil, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

The vast majority of cases are resolved quickly through these channels, with no need for further measures.
